The terms and conditions serve to protect both site owners and tenants. Our Doro Valley vacation home is committed to respecting the rules of hospitality and providing a pleasant and safe stay for all guests. The terms and conditions include important information such as booking and cancellation rules, payment and refund policies, liability and damages, and rules of conduct. It is recommended that you read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

TERMS

Reserving the stay implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale as well as your consent to the use of personal data transmitted via the site www.lavalleedudoro.com, these will not be resold or shared.

prices

The prices communicated are expressed in taxes included and in euros. The tourist tax is included, cleaning and the provision of sheets also . Prices are based on seasonality. They do not depend on the number of people. These are likely to evolve over the years depending on the proposed developments and improvements.

Length of stay

Tenants renting the house for a fixed period cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

booking

Reservations are made only via our website www.lavalleedudoro.com , these are deemed to have been made upon receipt of payment which is made in full on our website by credit card or PayPal transfer.

cancellation by tenants

Any cancellation can be notified by telephone, email or post.

Cancellation before the start of the stay:

If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the stay is due.

If the cancellation occurs between 29 days and 10 days before arrival: 50% of the stay is due.

If the cancellation occurs between 9 days and 3 days before arrival: 80% of the stay is due.

If cancellation occurs less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due.

No show: 100%.

 

If the tenants do not show up before 8 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of the vacation home. The balance remains with the owner. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner.

Conditions de modification de dates

Once the reservation has been made, it is no longer possible to modify the reservation dates within 2 months before your stay.

Cancellation by owner

When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the tenant by telephone or email at least
8 days before the start date of the stay . Tenants, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed for the sums paid within 8 days. No compensation will be received by tenants in any capacity or form.

Arrival

Tenants must appear on the specified day and at the time mentioned (between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.) on the website www.lavalleedudoro.com . In the event of late or delayed arrival, tenants must notify the owner.

Departure is at 10 a.m. maximum.

Bail

On the day of arrival, a check for a deposit of 500 euros must be given to the owner.

No amount will be charged if no damage is noted following your stay.

As tenants, you undertake to leave the premises in perfect condition, to declare and financially assume any possible damage for which you may be responsible. In the event of damage noted and within 10 days after your departure, the owner will send you a payment link corresponding to the amount of the repair or replacement, supporting invoice, for reimbursement. The owner reserves the right to collect the entire deposit in the event of non-payment of the requested amount within 48 hours after sending the payment link.

Please note that in the event of excessive damage, the owner reserves the right to charge you for additional cleaning hours.

Use of premises

Tenants must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They undertake to leave the rooms in good condition and not to consume food in them. The entire house, including the rooms, is non-smoking . It is strictly forbidden to throw any solid object into the toilet, in particular: condoms, tampons, cigarettes, cotton, cotton swabs, diapers, sanitary napkins, pacifiers, bottles, bottles, fabrics, stones and to use chemical products (bleach). , white spirit etc.). Tenants will also take note of the selective sorting implemented in the department and will undertake to respect it by using the various bins made available to them and to empty them before their departure in the dedicated centers specified in the brochure on site. .

Swimming pool

Within the framework of French regulations on the use of family swimming pools open to tenants, in order to avoid accidents which children could be victims of, and with the aim of allowing pleasant use for all, tenants are required to respect the swimming pool rules:

  • The mere fact of using the swimming pool commits the user to having accepted these regulations.

  • The swimming pool is accessible from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Swimming at night is prohibited.

  • As the swimming pool is a family swimming pool, its use is strictly reserved for people staying in the holiday home and the owner.

  • Food is not accepted around the swimming pool.

  • The owner specifies that the swimming pool is not supervised .

  • Any child under 10 years old, not accompanied by an adult present during swimming, is not authorized to use the swimming pool and its surroundings. Use of the swimming pool by children is the full responsibility of adults.

  • The swimming pool area is a place of tranquility, relaxation and play. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to run around the edge of the swimming pool or dive. Bulky inflatable objects, such as boats, are not permitted.

 

In addition, users undertake to:

  • Use a swimsuit reserved solely for swimming use.

  • Take a shower before bathing and avoid bathing after using sun cream or oil. A shower is available near the swimming pool.

  • Leave the pool area clean.

 

In accordance with regulations, the swimming pool is equipped with a locked above-ground cover, complying with standard NF P 90-308 – year of manufacture 2022.

GROUND

A 6 hectare plot of land is open to tenants and shared with the owner. Smoking is strongly discouraged to avoid any risk of fire. Deckchairs, badminton court, shaded terrace are available to tenants, it is requested not to damage these places and to respect the paths provided.

The biodiversity of the place being rich, it is forbidden to bring animals (hedgehog, rabbit, frog, etc.) inside the holiday home or in the private courtyard.

The vegetable garden is free for adults to access; all children must be accompanied, as many gardening tools are stored there. Vegetables are harvested in the presence of the owner depending on availability.

Ability

The rental of the holiday home is for a maximum of 6 people, children and babies included. If the number of tenants exceeds this number, the landlord is able to refuse additional tenants. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the rental at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered. .

Pets

There is a dog and two cats at Vallee du Doro who are not allowed into the holiday home. For this reason, pets are not allowed in the rental. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the rental at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the client's departure, no reimbursement can be considered.

Disputes

Any complaint relating to the rental and the stay must be submitted to the owner by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 days following the end date of the stay in order to find a possible amicable settlement of the dispute. In the event of persistent disagreement, disputes may be submitted to the Agen court which will rule on the action to be taken on the request.
